1 September 2012

Post-1989 FMA participants can submit FMA information for the generation of their participant-specific tables.

31 December 2012

Final date for applications to join the ETS and become eligible to claim units for 2008-2012.

31 March 2013

Final date for post-1989 participants to file a mandatory emissions return for the five-year period 1 January 2008 – 31 December 2012.
This return includes a reconciliation which takes account of any emissions returns voluntarily filed earlier during the five-year period, and any units received/surrendered as a result of those returns.
